Gajar halwa / carrot Sandesh
Ingredients:
- 1kg carrot.
- 1 and ½ evaporated milk
- Sugar – 8 tbsp
- Ghee-Ghee – 2/3 cup (clarified butter)
- Pistachios – as required (for garnishing)
- Cardamom clove ~ 4
- Cinnamon stick ~ 4
Method:
Take chopped carrot and boil it until they are soft enough. Then mashed the stemmed carrot in a food processor. Now take a bowl and add mashes carrot and all other ingredients. Now mix them all, After mixing put them in a pan (stainless pan is better) and keep stirring to prevent burning and sticking to the bottom. Cook until mix is dry and there is no milk left. After that Remove from heat and garnish it as you want.
