How to make Egg Halwa -
Ingredients:
- Egg- 4
- Milk- 1/4 cup (evaporated milk)
- Sugar- 3/4 cup
- Ghee- 4tbs
- Cardamom clove -2
- Cinnamon stick- 2
- Saffron/ Food color- 1 pinch (optional)
- Mawa- optional (for garnishing)
- Almond- as required (for garnishing)
Method to make Egg Halwa:
Take all ingredients in a bowl and mix them all and make a smooth pest. Now take the paste in a pan (stainless pan), put it on the burner in a medium heat and start to stir. Stir the pest continuously until it become thick and separate from the side of the pan. After that Remove from heat and garnish it as you want with mawa and almond.
